Our Terms and Conditions agreement outlines the rules and guidelines of acceptable behaviour and other useful sections to which users must agree in order to use, access or participate on the Volunteer Mentor Hotline platform and services.
By accepting these T's and C's you agree to:
Treat all parties with respect and dignity. This includes all forms of engagement with the FNB, service providers, support staff, volunteer mentors and participating businesses.
Conduct yourself with the highest of integrity − in all engagements, information and feedback shared by you or provided to you.
Honour your commitments and communicate openly and clearly if/when you are unable to.
Demonstrate behaviours that support personal and business growth.
Take personal responsibility for decisions taken at your own discretion and not attempt to hold anyone else accountable for these decisions and their outcomes.
Participate and fully engage in any training, surveys, polls and/or questionnaires relevant to this programme or platform.
Formally notify Fetola, should you or your mentor wish to further engage in a mentoring relationship, on a paid basis.
Be accountable for your own time and costs while obtaining the support of a Volunteer Mentor on the Mentor Hotline platform (up to a maximum of 3 hours per entrepreneur).
Give consent to Fetola and FNB to make use of your details for Media purposes − where applicable.
Give consent to Fetola and FNB to obtain, view and securely store your personal information provided by you during the registration process.
Take note that no participant, mentor or staff member making use of the Mentor Hotline platform makes or purports to make any representation, warranty, undertaking, otherwise acts or purports to act in any manner that might be interpreted as binding on behalf of FNB to any third party.
Avoid any action bringing any parties into disrepute, specifically in public discourse/social media. In the event of discontent, you agree to raise and discuss your concerns directly and promptly with your mentor or Fetola support staff.
